Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE AS YOU ARE TRAVELING TO A HURRICANE ZONE. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICT AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER UNLESS WE ARE UNDER EVACUATION ORDERS.;

Payment Schedule

All payments are due in full 14 days prior to arrival. 50% of the total booking cost is due to secure the booking, with the balance being charged to the same card 14 days prior to arrival. If you are booking to arrive within 14 days, full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
